THE APPLICATION PROCESS

 

1. Review the Immigration Applicant Categories and included frequently asked questions. This section provides information about the available Immigration Categories and rules for admission under each category.
   
   
2. Complete and submit our specilaized FREE ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE. We will deliver to you our opinion as to the most appropriate category or class within which you would make your application for a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa.
   
   
   
3. You will advise us if you wish to proceed. If so, we will forward to you our standard Client Retainer Form.
   
   
4. Upon receipt from you of the fully executed Client Retainer Form, together with the deposit (a deposit is required to begin the process), we will immediately forward to you our Immigration Completion Guide Package, which will include, among other things, a list of the documentation you will require to support your application, and instructions as to how to complete the Application Form For Landed Status in Canada. Of course, we are always available to assist you in that regard.
   
   
5. Immediately upon receipt of the completed application forms and supporting of documentation, we will conduct a thorough review to ensure completeness and accuracy.
   
   
6. We will prepare a professional presentation package that will include a covering letter setting out in a clear, concise and forceful manner your case in the strongest possible terms.
   The package will be couriered to the appropriate Canadian Government visa office. We will conduct ongoing liaison with visa officials as to progress and will report to you regularly in that regard.
   
   
7. After receipt of your Canadian Permanent Resident Visa, we will assist you in a comfortable landing in Canada and provide you with many practical ideas and useful advice as to how to best get settled here.
